This bold purple Turf Valley Russian Wedding by Kathleen Hertel Photography has endless love and Russian food! Kathleen tells us, “It was a beautiful day for a wedding. Ilana & Dan were preparing for their wedding at Turf Valley Country Club. Their guests had been arriving all week from as far away as Russia and Germany. Ilana sat in her room with her bridesmaids mom and sister getting her hair and make-up done meanwhile Dan and his groomsmen searched the hotel for something to eat. They met on Tinder after two friends separately created an account for them. ‘What are the odds that Ilana would meet the perfect not only Jewish husband but Russian Jewish husband?’ her mother said during the reception. You could literally feel the love that Danny has for Ilana, pulsating through the room. Their first look and moments with their parents were beautifully emotional. Their ceremony room was filled with family and friends that loved them, with not an empty seat in the house. The amount of food that is served at a Russian wedding is insane! The tables were filled with meats, cheeses, breads, etc. It looked amazing! Their whole wedding was so classy and beautiful. Although I do have to say the best moment from the wedding was when Ilana’s Grandfather Serenaded the 200 plus guests… It was all in Russian so I’m not sure what he said but it was absolutely beautiful!”
