The bride and groom were blessed with a beautiful sunny day that made their peach and gold palette pop and the bridesmaids sequined gowns shine! Lindsay of L.A. Biridie tells us, “Katelyn and Jake’s Waverly Mansion wedding was such a blast! Their smiles say it all. From the easy-breezy weather to laughing/crying at the hilarious maid of honor speech, I enjoyed every second. I loved all the family love surrounding them, like when Katelyn’s mom buttoned up her bridal gown, both of them with slightly misty eyes, and when we took a photo of the whole new combined family, the couple and parents and all the siblings! All together at last. I loved how the other maid of honor and the best man were one of the cutest couples at the wedding (how often does that happen?!) and how Sarah Culver came to cover for me for 2 hours so that I could switch into guest mode for dinner time and dance with my babe before photographing the rest of the fun (amazing dancing and sparklers!). Not to mention that two of my previous wedding couples were attending the wedding! I’m so thankful for when I get to photograph so many weddings in the same lovely circle of people. I could go on and on, but basically, this wedding was unforgettable and so is this couple! Enjoy the story of their Maryland wedding day.”

We are digging on the relaxed, yet super-fun vibe of this graffiti wall engagement session, that Jessica Nazarova Photography sent to us! The bright bold colors of both the background & Danielle’s dress, and the chilled out atmosphere with Christian playing the guitar, lend itself to a really cool engagement session! “This adventurous couple wanted to get urban shots from around their neighborhood and had scoped out the graffiti and art locations beforehand. We also incorporated other things that they love- coffee, playing guitar, exploring DC and being in their home. The result was both playful and very romantic.”

Happy 2017 you guys! We are back in the office & thrilled to share this New Years Eve wedding at The Belvedere! The bride, Julianne, shares more about her favorite parts of the day “Needless to say my wedding day was one of the best days of my life! Walking into the ballroom for the first time and seeing every little detail we had planned finally coming together took my breathe away! My cascading bouquet and flowers were an absolute dream and the pops of sequins and sparkles throughout the reception were perfect against all of the candle light. The champagne bar is a must for every NYE wedding! My favorite part of the whole day was ringing in the new year surrounded by all the people I love and a midnight kiss from my new husband!”

Cylburn Wedding by Horace and Mae

This Cylburn wedding from Horace and Mae Photography, is just dreamy. “Sweet friends and family surrounded them the entire day and made sure Millie and Dave felt their love. We spent the morning in Downtown Baltimore at the Four Seasons Hotel getting primped and pretty and they had their first look down by the water with the beautiful city as the backdrop. Millie and Dave live in the city and love spending time here with their friends, so it was important to them to have some memories of the city wrapped up in their day. After getting all ready, we headed up to the Cylburn Arboretum, a beautiful green sanctuary in the middle of the city. We finished up their photos right in time for a huge and torrential downpour that looked pretty ominous for their lovely outdoor ceremony in the garden. Thankfully, the rain passed and the day went on without a hitch! Dancing and amazing toasts (seriously, Millie’s sister gave my favorite MOH toast ever) made for a sweet reception. Millie and Dave were so lovely and really enjoyed getting to celebrate their love with their friends and family.
