Industrial Chic Waterfont Wedding in Baltimore || Nikki Schell Photography

This wedding has a beautiful waterfront ceremony overlooking the Baltimore harbor and an industrial boho chic reception at the Frederick Douglass Museum in Baltimore. Feminine elements of swathes of greenery and florals of soft and light color tones in bohemian design added an earthy bohemian flair. The beautiful Baltimore wedding was photographed by Nikki Schell Photography.

The Look

Her dress was a beautiful champagne colored Jenny Yoo Gown. The gown features a strapless sweetheart neckline with embellished with beaded appliqué of english ivy and silk organza. The bodice was a fit and flare silhouette that complements the feminine modern bride. The bridesmaids wore an assortment of blush chiffon Jenny Yoo dresses that, some boasting a soft floral pattern. The bride had a Man-0f-Honor who wore a light grey suit with a blush bowtie to match the ladies.

The groom and his groomsmen went for a traditional black tie look.  They all looked incredibly dapper in their property fitted  suits.

Invitations

The invitations are simple and clean. Torn edges and thick paper stock are the modern take on romantic bohemian style. The paper boasts a simple floral design and romantic oversized script font.

Ceremony

Their ceremony was absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful arch, the view of the Baltimore Harbor. The altar was composed of brass and wood, decorated with florals flanking both sides of the pointed arch.  Wood chairs were placed along the pier creating an isle and lending to a farmhouse feel while overlooking the iconic Baltimore Inner Harbor. The couple wrote their own vows, which made every single person shed a tear.

Reception

The reception space is a mix of historic Baltimore and Industrial chic. The space boasts worn brick, exposed warehouse style ceilings and large windows that overlook Baltimore. The site was styled with hanging greens, long farm tables which were overflowing with greens and flowers. The color scheme was classic white. The texture comes in from the mixed florals and greenery and the historic industrial elements of the space.
