Modern, Edgy, Fun Styled Shoot at Main Street Ballroom by Ashton Kelley Photography & Sentimental Fools

This edgy and fly styled shoot features rich tones, a modern unique alter, a leather jacket and luxurious florals.  Designed by The Sentimental Fools and captured by Ashton Kelley Photography, this Fall inspired styled shoot showcases one of the Baltimore area’s newest urban venues, Main Street Ballroom.

Bridal Look


The Sentimental Fools styled the bride with edgy, fly and fall touches. The goldenrod color tone of the bride’s shoes  connects you to a feeling of Fall while, the chunky wedge styled heel creates the modern look. Of course, when you think edgy and fly, a leather jacket is a must.  The design incorporated calligraphy by Copper Stone Co. on the back of the leather jacket. The Chloe dress from designer Savannah Miller was provided by Lovely Bride DC. The gown features a silk bias cut and a cowl neck that keeps true to the overall feel of the styled shoot. Staying with the less than traditional style of the shoot, the bride threw her hair up into a low curled pony-tail and framed her face with some loose curls. By keeping her hair up allowed her oversized modern earrings to become another statement piece.

Invitation Suite

The invitation suite was designed by Copper Stone Co. The theme is  sage green and goldenrod, accented by a botanically themed watercolor.  The invitations set the tone for a fall wedding and offer modern pops of color. Copper Stone Co made sure to bring in the edgy fly tone with the use of a modern calligraphy.

Ceremony

This incredibly unique and edgy altar is something we have never seen before. Breaking the traditional idea of an alter, this element incorporates the overall color scheme with accents of goldenrod and black. The asymmetric style and copper accents are really unique and fun .

Florals

First of all, can we say wow!? Stem’s Fine Florals knocked this full length cascading bridal bouquet out of the luxurious park! The bouquet incorporates peach florals and eucalyptus leaves and oversized burgundy dahlias. The florals don’t stop there though. The luxury continues through to the table setting decors on both the sweetheart table and the drink table.

Sweetheart Table Setting

The table is dressed in a velvet ribbed peach tablecloth accented with black plates. Goldenrod ribbons are loosely tied around brown napkins accented with sprigs of florals. Burgundy mixed candles in carved crystal holders bring in romantic ambiance. The florals are green eucalyptus leaves accented with peach roses, goldenrod and plum colored florals, styled into one organic piece.

Drink Table

The drink table continues to keep the colors the same with the peach, greens, and burgundy. The copper elements found at the altar, were brought into the table settings with copper mugs.  Let’s be honest nothing says fall like a copper mule mug filled with a yummy libation. The table is dressed in the same tablecloth that’s on the sweetheart table. The florals here are white dahlias, bright green amaranthus caudatus, and peach chrysanthemums accented with peach roses.
