We love when we receive submissions from photographers that were hired to catch a proposal as it happened! Brian contacted tPoz Photography to do just that while on a date with his girlfriend Jessica. She thought they were just taking a stroll by the water… but a big surprise was about to happen!

More from photographer, tPoz Photography: “Brian & Jessica had been together since high school at St. Paul’s, so Jessica knew a proposal was due (or overdue!) The couple was planning to leave for Las Vegas 2 days later, so Brian was sure that Jessica would think he would propose there. To further distract her, and throw her off the scent, the day of the proposal was Brian’s birthday! There was no way she would think he would propose then! He made plans to have drinks & dinner with friends, and the friends “cancelled” on the drinks part of the evening. So after a few cocktails at Bond Street Social, the two wandered across the promenade on their way to Waterfront Kitchen to meet their friends. They had never been to the area, so they took the opportunity to walk out on the pier to see the view. And the rest you can see!”
