Howard Co. Conservancy Engagement by L Hewitt Photography

Today’s beautiful e-session from L Hewitt Photography is not only a feast for the eyes (that light! the bride’s style!) – it will also touch your heart with the proposal story from the bride.

From the bride, Jordan: “On my birthday, I knew Adam was taking me to dinner, but he wouldn’t reveal where. Aimlessly, I followed his lead and we walked to the top of Federal Hill, overlooking both the harbor and our first home at sunset. Adam turned to me and grabbed my hands; I will never forget the way his fingers, arms, and face trembled as he began to find his words. I began to cry immediately, as I suddenly realized what may be happening. He lowered himself to one knee, and offered the most beautiful, heartfelt proposal. It was a perfect moment, overflowing with love, excitement, and happiness. After the proposal, we went to dinner at The Charleston, one of the swankiest restaurants in Baltimore. We drank champagne and practically beamed with obvious excitement. We still joke that Adam gushed to every random person in the city, “we just got engaged!” I’m thrilled and proud to say that our excitement has not waned since that night, and I am thankful every day to be marrying my very best friend.”
