Even though it wasn’t the Baltimore Ravens in the Super Bowl last night, we were still watching the big game – mostly for the commercials & halftime show! This Baltimore Football Engagement session from Richard Barlow Photography, is just the thing to ramp us up for next season, AND to make us forget that super depressing Nationwide (Nationcried anyone!?) Super Bowl commercial from last night! Jessica+Josh are getting married this weekend in the Poconos – do you think there will be synchronized backflips in her wedding dress!? ;)
Rockin the red hair, this is one fun & funky Ellicott City Engagement session from Jennifer Smutek Photography! “Lexi and Mike are two fun movie lovers that met at their favorite band’s concert. They had a super-fun session in Maryland’s historic Ellicott City, and we even incorporated two of their favorite movies… Jaws and The Little Mermaid. They even rocked their concert t-shirts! We did some fun stuff before the sun went down and then set out for some dramatic night shots.”
George’s proposal to Cortney in the middle of M&T Bank Stadium, led to a Grand Baltimore Engagement session with Kathleen Hertel Photography at The Grand Historic Venue, and all around Baltimore city!
Joy Michelle Photography describe this Cliffside Boho Styled Shoot as “Soft, free-flowing, feminine, fashionable, floral, over the top! These are the words that came to mind when I was first envisioned the images and atmosphere I wanted to create in this styled shoot. This shoot was inspired by the Bohemian trend that has been resurfacing recently, but I wanted to add my own spin to it by blending the traditional elements with edgy details like amethyst crystal soap favors, mixed metals, and handmade jewelry pieces. I value certain aspects of traditional weddings and brought them into this shoot through the veil, cakes, and paper goods. Removing the limitations of “traditional” or “non-traditional” design elements created a new look altogether. An example of this is how the mercury glass and wooden crates rested juxtaposed, yet paired seamlessly with blush floral and macaroons. I’m proud to say that we collaborated with many Maryland-local small businesses and Etsy shop owners to show the diverse options available to brides who are looking for unique stylistic elements. My hope for this shoot is that bride’s seeing it will be inspired to take risks, mix trends, and make their day their own.”
Super cute! A fun way to capture their engagement.
