Sweet as can be, we were thrilled that Simply Breathe Events shared this same-sex Corradetti Glassblowing Studio wedding, beautifully captured by Melissa McClain Photography! Tiffany from Simply Breathe Events says: “When it comes to couples you fall in love with Danielle + Brittani were as close as it gets. From day one, both of them made me feel as though I was apart of their wedding experience and not just their Wedding Coordinator. They invited me to their joint Bridal Showers – too cute!, and their Game Night Rehearsal Dinner at the Hotel Monaco where on both occasions I met their friends and family. During the first conversation between Danielle and I about what she envisioned her wedding to be, she let me know that she was very much prepared to bring “Southern Gatsby” to Baltimore! From the Pinterest Board we created to help tie in her thoughts, I became more and more excited about what she had in store for me. In the end, the pearls, feathers and mini champagne-esque bottles as favors got the message across. Her guests were in for a party of their lives! The end result transformed the Corradetti Glassblowing Studio into a fun, yet, sophisticated atmosphere that the two lovely brides and their wedding guests could enjoy. What I love most about Danielle + Brittani’s wedding was that they did away with the traditional bridesmaid attire. They allowed their bridal party to choose navy blue dresses or trousers that matched their personality. Danielle’s maids wore cocktail dresses, and Brittany’s wore navy blue trousers with suspenders. These selections brought out the personalities of the couple even more!”

Lord Baltimore Hotel Wedding by Artful Weddings

With all the glitz & glam worthy of a Gatsby theme, this Lord Baltimore Hotel Wedding from Artful Weddings knocked us off our feet! “Catharine and Randy met at a mutual friend’s wedding where they immediately hit it off and danced the night away. After that they were inseparable. She told him early on that she didn’t want to live with anyone she wasn’t going to marry. He bought her a gold band and said I’m planning to marry you one day. The next thing she knew all of this stuff was in her house!
After the Roman Catholic ceremony at Randy’s alma mater, Loyola Blakefield chapel, the couple and bridal party were taken by trolley to the Under Armour campus (where Randy works) and took photos out by the Baltimore Harbor. From there the party headed to Mount Vernon for Catharine’s most favorite shots – in the snow! The couple chose the recently renovated, historic Lord Baltimore to compliment their Roaring 20’s theme.
Catharine shared that the most exciting part of her attire, was her shoes, a special gift from Randy who had them secretly custom made at Emmy shoes in London (where Kate Middleton found her wedding shoes! eek!)”

With bright colors, and a gorgeous ceremony setup, Amanda Adams Photography captured this beautiful Barn at Timberlake Farms Wedding! This summer wedding is sure to please the eyes with all of the special touches and perfect details. Every little detail was thought out with intention and purpose, and this couple pulled together a gorgeous alter made from reclaimed barn doors and two beautiful green wreaths. The red barn and strung lights were the perfect backdrop for their reception.

Joy Michelle Photography shares this fun-loving and unique engagement session with us today! “Rose and Noel wanted their engagement session to tell a story of their love and their playfulness. They also wanted their session revolve around an activity. We bounced around a couple of ideas but because it was generally pretty cold outside we wanted to find something indoors. When we settled on a cooking class engagement session, I was so excited to be able to work with the colors of the food and really get to document this couple’s expression and interaction as they would normally be at home. Chef Scott Ryan‘s cooking class gave us the perfect backdrop for some beautiful moments with a lifestyle feel.”
