Greens and greys combine to create a gorgeous color palette in today’s real wedding from Readyluck!
A little more from the groom: “When we began planning our wedding, we had a variety of ideas ranging from large, elaborate affairs to a simple pig roast in someone’s backyard— along with the occasional, exasperated “screw it, let’s fake our deaths in an elaborate ski lift accident involving a polar bear stampede” flight of fancy. Our love of books kept coming up, so we chose to go with a book theme, which we thought was appropriate since we met while working in a bookstore and had lent each other so many books over the years that getting married seemed much more practical than trying to sort out who owned what. Figuring out which book to use as a centerpiece for which table of guests turned out to be one of the more amusing parts of the planning process— often involving inside jokes so subtle the guests didn’t realize their nature until halfway through the second course. It was honestly the most beautiful and fun evening of our lives.”
