Springfield Manor Winery Wedding Wedding, Thurmont Maryland || Living Radiant Photography
Vineyards and distilleries are an amazing place to have a wedding. Charm, amazing backdrops and a high end look, this Springfield Manor Winery Wedding has bohemian touches and offers a beautiful location for more modern couples.
The Location
Springfield Manor Winery is a 130-acre estate with a large historic manor where the bride got ready with her girls. The location has large fields of flowers, vines and overlooks the beautiful mountain backdrop of western Maryland. Even better, their wine is fantastic. The ceremony was held on the grounds under a stunning permanent altar. The natural landscape of the ceremony space is a large open field surrounded by trees in the distance. The reception space this couple chose was the barn. It showcased large wooden tables, feminine florals and exposed wood.
The Look
The bride wore a simple aline gown with a lace cap sleeve and a small train. The back of the gown is completely open with a deep V cut back. Her hair was styled in loose bohemian curls topped with a small floral crown. The bridesmaids wore soft nude color gowns which have a hint of pink. The florals were soft color roses tucked into loose greenery lending to the feminine bohemian look.
The groom and groomsmen wore navy suits, cream-colored ties, and simple white boutonnieres. The suits were well fitted with clean lines allowing a formal style for a daytime wedding.
The Reception Details
The wedding reception was held in the barn at Springfield Manor Vineyard. The space was decorated with long farmhouse tables. The tables were decorated with long swaths of greenery accented with pink roses. Wood Chiavari chairs finish the space to be more of a finished and high-end style. Guest favors are adorable mini potted succulents which were also used as the place cards. Watercolor placards were placed in the succulents creating a beautiful guest card table. Wooden signs with white handwriting were used for wedding signage throughout the event.

This permanent altar area at Springfield Manor is the perfect place to have a wedding. We love the permanent pathway which allows for a nice walkway regardless of the weather. The view is spectacular too!

We love the watercolor place cards in the guest favors of mini succulents from The Succulent Source. This is one of our favorite guest touches.

We love the looks of centerpieces that act as table runners. Here greens are spread along the length of the table and accented with soft pink florals.

The dessert table is decorated with the cake and other small confections. The wooden signs are throughout the wedding. Here the sign describes the available desserts.

One of the great things about having a wedding at a private estate is that guests can use the full grounds. Here personalized corn hole boards are seated on the outdoor lawn so guests can mingle and play games outside.

Cute wooden Mr & Mrs sign flanks the bride’s bouquet on the head table.
